The Brown STEM Girl™ movement, founded in 2022 by visionary leader Alena Analeigh McQuarter, is dedicated to engaging, empowering, and educating girls of color in STEM fields.

 

Through initiatives like the BSG Adopt-a-Scholar Program, the movement provides financial support, mentorship, and resources to outstanding minority students, enabling them to excel academically and pursue STEM careers.
